The Chairman of Gurta AG a company registered under the laws of Switzerland which company owns 100% of Sineco SpA and 88% of Maranatha Ferrochrome (Private) Limited. Sineco SpA is domiciled in Italy and is one of the major distributors of base metals and Ferro alloys in Europe. Mr. G. Ghezzi has been dealing with the Metals Market ever since the 1950s.

A Graduate Engineer by profession and currently the Managing Director of Sineco SpA and a Director of Gurta AG. Worked for 12 years in the Steel Industry in various positions in production. Since 1985, he has worked in the Ferro Alloy business.
Managing Director - George MUSHAVATU
B Sc. Economics [Hons] (UZ); M Sc. Economics (UZ)
A Graduate Economist with 15 years working experienced in Central Banking and 7 years working experience in Commercial Banking at Executive Directorship positions and Non Executive Directorship in Maranatha Ferrochrome, before taking over as Managing Director in 2010.
Non Executive Director - Andrea GHEZZI
B Sc. Metallurgical Engineering (Milan)
A Graduate Engineer by profession and currently the Director of Gurta AG (Switzerland) and a Director in Sineco SpA. He has been working in the base metal and Ferro Alloy industry since 2000.
